Holgablog needs YOU!

Holga blog needs you!

I’ve been incredibly busy lately and just not finding time to give the site the love it deserves, so was looking for like-minded people who would like to become authors for the site.

If you:

–>have an interest in all things photography (not necessarily just holgas)
–>have an opinion on something photography-related
–>want to write a review about something
–>have an idea for an interesting article (or articles, you can write as much as you want)
–>or even just want to showcase your best photos in an article

give me a shout, either post here or email me at : andrew@goatkarma.com and we can add you onto the site as an author, where you will have the freedom to write your articles and publish them as much (or little) as you want.

You will also get to take part in choosing the ‘the best holga photos from flickr’ monthly list which is compiled at the end of every month for the site.

There’s no money involved unfortunately, it’s just for the love of photography, getting your voice heard and being part of something exciting! As I said above, one-off contributions would be great, but we are also looking for contributors who can continually write interesting/informative/funny/fantastic/great/sexy (did I take that too far?) articles..

Fun in the Sun-Printing

Some time late last year (OK, Christmas), I got a present called “Sun-Print Paper”. This stuff is basically sold as a “toy” to parents who probably want their kids to get off their console, get out the house, and take in some Sunshine or else.

How to make Cog-Pano’s on your Holga

First things first. The image above was shot on my Holga, and I only manipulated digitally by way of turning it black & white and adding my copyright symbol. Otherwise, this is shown exactly as it was shot, with the image stretching its way across the film plain in a nice wide panoramic and covering [...]
