You may have noticed the slightly different looking banner on our site! Here on Holgablog we are incredibly excited about International Commie Camera Day 2009. The date is set for May 1st, so drag out that FSU camera, take some photos, and post them on the ICCD09 Flickr Group.
To celebrate ICCD09 (we’ve mentioned it here before), we will also be bringing you some related articles, including a top 10 Commie Cameras ever made, as voted for by Flickr users, and a chance to win either a lovely Zenit E SLR or a Belomo Vilia Auto Camera (with a slightly sticky shutter),along with a roll of expired Fuji Superia film. To find out how to win, stay tuned over the next few days. But rest assured, not much thought will have to go into it!
