Holga Stop Motion

mov1

This is a tiny tiny post, but it’s just something we stumbled upon and thought it was quite cool! Since Flickr introduced the ability to add videos, there’s been a growing number of lovely stop-motion films appearing from lo fi camera enthusiasts.  The photographers take hundreds of photo, patch them together, and add music.  The results can be fun! It’s amazing how many photos you need to take to achieve even 15 seconds of footage-well over 100 frames are needed.

A lot of effort, time and film has gone into this short videos, check them out!

I would love to see more of these. May end up loading some 35mm into a holga and giving it a go.
